    Would definitely recommend for a lightning trip

    Excellent hotel, immaculate rooms, equipped with numerous charging points and a beautiful view of the city skyline from the large window wall.

    Everything exceeded my hopes.

    The room was amazing and luxury here with an extra bed, bathroom plus a bathtub. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were nice. The location was comfy, not too far from Boulevard. The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a good area.

    Luxurious and fairly clean place, fantastic view of town. Extremely comfy bed in the double room, plus a private safe, air conditioner and a minibar. Welcoming staff with smiles. Lots of incredible food for meals. Marvellous location and not far from the train station. The hotel next to restaurants and cafes...

    The room was big and comfortable. Super plush vibe with modern decor, and it felt really clean. The beds were comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay was short, but we got to check out the hotel facilities-they looked awesome!

    Rooftop pool offers great drinks and food.

    The check-in process was unfriendly and unhelpful. Our room lacked basic toiletries, and I had to call multiple times for assistance. The bathroom cleanliness standards were below par, with dirty corners and a bathtub that wasn't cleaned .

    We had a lovely five-night stay and loved relaxing by the rooftop pool and enjoying a massage at the spa. The amenities were great, and the convenience of having a supermarket right next door made everything easy. The only drawback was the slow check-in process, but it didn't ruin our fantastic experience 😊

    We loved the spacious Twin Room with Club Lounge Access, and the staff created a cute environment for our family. My son enjoyed the special tea made for my mom when she was unwell, showcasing the team's caring attitude.

    In my wife's opinion, a kid-friendly play area would enhance the experience for families.

    The Sheraton Grand in Dubai impressed me. The lobby's modern design grabbed my attention immediately. Room service was responsive and the staff provided an excellent level of friendliness, especially Koushima. Our room was modern, spacious, and had a great view of the skyline. The breakfast at Feast was a highlight. A fantastic spread with fresh fruits and pastries. So satisfying! The rooftop pool offered a perfect escape after a day of exploring. There were some issues. The shower in our room had a persistent problem with water pressure and the taps were not the easiest to manage. I noticed some items in our minibar weren't restocked, like coffee pods. Though the hotel is centrally located, at night the nearby music from restaurants could get loud, affecting our sleep. I also found the lack of a proper bar in the lobby a bit disappointing. It would've been nice to have a more relaxed area to enjoy drinks upon returning. Aside from these minor inconveniences, I left with great memories and would happily return.

    The hotel was clean and always smelled great. The standout service came from gohar, who made checking in smooth for my group. He even managed our luggage and taxis without a hitch. Plus, the rooftop pool was a lovely escape, echoing the tranquil reflecting pools you find around town.
